2024 - Dow New Germany

Anichem's subsidiary, Ansol Gulf (G.D. Portbury Ltd.), acquired the entire share capital of Springbok Emulsion Polymers from Dow Southern Africa, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company.

2025 - SACS

We are proud to have participated in the first ever edition of the Saudi Arabia Coating Show in Dammam and look forward to continuing our participation for next year (13 to 15 May 2025)

2013 - Sasol Gulf

Anichem acquired the entire share capital of G.D. Portbury Ltd. (Sasol Gulf) from Sasol Olefins & Surfactants, a subsidiary of the international energy and chemical company Sasol Ltd.
